Broccoli Whole Grain Penne Pasta Salad Shaker

6 pounds 4 ounces Barilla Whole Grain Penne
7.5 pounds broccoli florets, cut into ½ “ pieces
3 pounds bacon pieces
12 ounces red onion, small dice
2 pounds raisins
2 pounds sunflower seeds
2 ½ quarts light mayo
2 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups white vinegar
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water, chill to below 40ºF.
  2. Toss all ingredients together until well incorporated. Place in pasta shaker containers. Cover, label with date, time and initials.
  3. Chill salad shakers to below 40ºF.
