Spicy Rigatoni A La Vodka

2 cups Barilla® Rigatoni, blanched
3 fl. oz. water
3 oz. chicken, sliced
6 fl. oz. vodka sauce
¼ cup parmesan
2-3 ea. basil leaves, large, torn
Instructions
  1. Bring water to a simmer in large non-stick sauté pan. Add Barilla® Rigatoni.
  2. Increase heat, stir until water is absorbed, add sliced chicken.
  3. Stir in vodka sauce to combine with Barilla® Rigatoni. Once sauce has reached a full boil, turn into coupe bowl.
  4. Garnish with parmesan over all.
  5. Add torn basil over all. Serve.
